Your groceries cost less at another shop. We show you which.
BusyBaht matches the same product across Thailand's supermarkets, works out the real price per kilo or litre, and tells you which shop fills your whole basket for less, before you leave the house.
One basket, three shops
Example with illustrative prices
In the basket
- Jasmine rice, 5 kg
- Eggs, 30 pack
- Fresh milk, 2 L
- Cooking oil, 1 L
- Instant noodles, 10 pack
- Dish soap, 500 ml
Basket total by shop
- Cheapest
Why a good price is hard to spot
Every shop prices differently
The same bottle of fish sauce can cost noticeably more at one supermarket than at the next, and the gap moves from week to week.
Pack sizes hide the real price
฿45 for 500 g or ฿79 for 1 kg? That is ฿90 a kilo against ฿79. The bigger pack is usually cheaper, but not always, and the shelf label rarely tells you.
Promotions blur it further
Buy two get one free, member prices, bundles. A deal only helps if it beats the everyday price somewhere else.
How BusyBaht works
Search, or build your basket
Type what you buy, or add your usual shop to a basket.
We match the same product across shops
Brand, size and pack matched rather than guessed, and every price turned into a price per kilo or litre so packs compare fairly.
See where to shop
The cheapest shop for each item and for the whole basket, delivery terms included. Then buy from the retailer as you normally would.
Be first through the door
The beta is open now if you want to try it. Leave your email and we will tell you when BusyBaht launches and when new shops go live. Nothing else, no spam.
Questions
Is BusyBaht free?
Yes. Comparing prices on BusyBaht costs nothing.
Which supermarkets do you compare?
Makro and Lotus's today. We are adding more, and people on the waitlist hear first when a new shop goes live.
Do you sell groceries?
No. BusyBaht only compares. When you have found the better shop, you buy from that retailer as you normally would.
Where do the prices come from?
From the retailers' own websites, collected regularly. If a price looks wrong, the beta lets you report it and we check it.
What is the difference between the beta and the waitlist?
The beta is the working product, open now, with rough edges while we finish it. The waitlist is for hearing when BusyBaht launches properly and when new shops arrive.
What do you do with my email?
We use it only to tell you about BusyBaht, and you can ask us to remove it at any time. See our privacy policy.
